Who we are

We are Freyja and Tialda, two independent researchers, artists and amateur filmmakers curious about the human-nature relationship, regenerative food and living in harmony with the natural world.

Through film we gather hopeful stories.

In conversation with other humans we explore new ways of being that are more (re)generative and embody a balanced relationship with ourselves, each other and the natural world.

We are interested in what it means to weave the mind with the body and the heart, the intellect with the emotional and spiritual, to embody a holistic and relational approach.

The films we make are mostly portraits style, where the story emerges from the personal/lived experience of the individual and their journey. We aim in our filmmaking to speak from the heart, to let conversation flow organically.

The most important part of filmmaking to us is to enjoy the process and to hold these big questions together as filmmakers, interviewee and audience.

How can we live in harmony with ourselves, each other and the natural world?
